Grammy Award winning artist Black Coffee today announces the brilliantly bold roster of artists set to perform at his iconic Hï Ibiza residency this summer. With Damian Lazarus bringing his new residency to the club room each week too, joined by a cutting-edge selection of underground guests, Saturday nights at Hï Ibiza are guaranteed to be one of this summer’s most sought-after tickets.
Global house superstar Black Coffee returns to Hï Ibiza this summer to continue one of the island’s most forward-thinking residences, every Saturday from 14th May to 1st October. The futuristic superclub’s vast Theatre room will once again be a showcase of Black Coffee’s own refined Afropolitan house sounds, along with an expertly curated selection of pioneering and influential guest artists from around the world.
This includes long-time friend and DJ powerhouse THEMBA, along with fellow South African talents Da Capo, DJ Kabila, DJ Merlon, Glen Lewis, Julian Gomes, Lemon & Herb and Trancemicsoul, who will each bring their uniquely deep takes on Afropolitan house and prove why it is one of the most exciting sounds in the world right now.
On top of this come many other red hot talents, all offering a broad musical spectrum, including US pioneers like deep house don Kerri Chandler and soulful selector Louie Vega. There will be idiosyncratic selections from the always characterful Seth Troxler and The Martinez Brothers, unique fusions of guitars and synths from Red Axes, intricately layered soundscapes from Henrick Schwarz and long, hypnotic and melodic offerings from Life And Death boss DJ Tennis. Bedouin, Jimi Jules and Kintar bring the house, along with tech talents Andrea Oliva, Nic Fanciulli and Keinemusik’s &ME, Adam Port and Rampa. Along with big, rolling techno from Marco Carola, Jan Blomqvist and TSHA, there’s French talents Manoo, Rocco Rodamaal and Salomé le Chat, Nigerian house from Laolu, eclectic selections from Danish trio WhoMadeWho plus plenty more from Airrica, Angelos, Badbox, China, Desiree, DJEFF and Parallells.
Meanwhile, Damian Lazarus‘s exciting new residency in The Club room will take you into another dimension of musical escapism with captivating performers and groundbreaking production making for something truly magical. This feast for the eyes is accompanied by a feast for the ears thanks to a line-up of cutting-edge DJs from across the worlds of house, minimal and techno.
Ibiza favourites Audiofly and Clive Henry are joined by American genre-bending talents DJ Holographic and DJ Three, Cassy brings her always chunky grooves while stripped back minimal master Priku will keep it deep. Francesca Lombardo always joins the dots between garage, breaks and techno with real elegance and Bedouin have their own shamanic desert house sound. French pair Parallells bring a richly melodic take on electronica as does the Kompakt founder Michael Mayer and his label mate Rebolledo.
Elsewhere, there’s Afro House selector Amémé, Cristina‘s sounds range from micro house to upbeat minimal, the charismatic Jonny Rock is an impossible to predict DJ with fine taste and Yulia‘s minimal deep tech sound is heavily influenced by Detroit and Chicago house. Other DJs at the top of their game also lining up include Israeli musician Adam Ten, classically trained Bartolomeo, Italo-Mexican electronic innovator Concret, and Istanbul’s writer turned artist Elif. The dreamy sounds of Goldcap and Joplyn round off this impressive bill, along with Russia’s Serge Devant, Afro house from Layla Benitez, Berlin based Tibi Dabo and Yulia Niko, plus Kemikal Ali + Bettina, Lum, Maglia, Manqo and London tech house pair Senzala.
This will be a season jam-packed with mouthwatering sets from the very sharp end of the underground, making Saturdays the most forward-thinking night out in all of Ibiza this summer. Tickets are available now – book your place at the link.
