Claptone announced as special guest at L’Abarset during Easter week

L’Abarset continues to work towards being the best après-ski resort in Europe. Its recent renovation was accompanied by a proposal that is as ambitious as it is innovative. This, together with its long history, has made the venue one of the most interesting electronic music winter plans in Europe.

If we also add to this its incredible gastronomic experience and Andorra’s excellent snow conditions, we have the ingredients for the perfect Easter getaway. Skiing, gastronomy, music and partying, the complete pack to end the L’Abarset season in style.

SEASON CLOSING: CLAPTONE

So far, L’Abarset has been visited by Viviana Casanova, Marco Faraone, Hector Couto, Technasia, Chus, Anna Tur, Dennis Cruz and Edu Imbernon. Therefore it is not surprising that expectations for the end of the season are high. Something that L’Abarset is going to more than meet, as on Saturday 16th April Claptone will be in charge of putting the finishing touches to the winter season.

If there is an electronic artist who can be described as mysterious, it is, without a doubt, Claptone. And not only because his identity is still unknown to this day, but also because his style exceeds the usual. His soundscapes are a succession of effervescent surprises. Magic, melancholy, dreamy, with Claptone you never know what to expect. And within this framework of absolute intrigue, this DJ and producer has managed to give life to his particular vision of the world through seductive and elegant sounds.

An exploration of electronic music that is captivatingly close to trance and that fits in perfect with the L’Abarset setting. Thanks to its innovative approach, the Andorran après-ski has managed to take artists out of their comfort zone. The big festival stages and late-night schedules are replaced by day time performances in an open-air space surrounded by mountains and nature.

But before Claptone, L’Abarset will be welcoming other interesting electronic music artists. On 25 March, DGRACE will visit the Grandvalira ski resort, and will be paying in the El Tarter area. One day later, the duo Los Suruba will be taking over. On Saturday 2 April Paco Osuna and Manu González will be playing and a week later, Cuartero. And to finish on Friday 15, the night before the end of the season, L’Abarset will welcome Wally López.
