Paul van Dyk unveils “Beautiful Life” as the theme song for SHINE Ibiza 2023

The SHINE Ibiza season opener features Paul van Dyk performing the club’s signature tune, “Beautiful Life.” The new track, co-produced by Marc van Linden and Sue McLaren, will be released on VANDIT Records on June 9.

“Beautiful Life” is a heavenly and uplifting music that wonderfully highlights the creative talent of its contributors, and it’s sure to please any trance enthusiast or anybody who enjoys pushing creative boundaries. The soaring synthesizers and enchanting melodies are classic Paul van Dyk and Marc van Linden, while Sue McLaren’s vocals add emotional depth and warmth.

“Times can be tough, for us personally and looking at what is happening in the world around us. But life is wonderful. We must allow ourselves to live it, be grateful for it, embrace love, friends and family and enjoy those beautiful moments in life with them,” Paul van Dyk says regarding the song’s theme.

DJ Paul van Dyk has the record for the longest-running residency on the island of Ibiza. Before taking over Eden with SHINE, he enjoyed residencies at Amnesia and Pacha, among others, where he regularly performed in front of his devoted fan base. Recent solo singles by Hannover-based DJ/producer Marc van Linden, such as “Timeless,” “Orbit,” “Dreamworld” (on van Dyk s label VANDIT Records), “Beautiful Together” (on GO Music/Black Hole Recordings), and “Fusion” (on Aly & Fila s label Future Sound Of Egypt), are all genuine club smashers.

Having been called “dancefloor colossus” and “magic” by publications like Vicious Magazine and Ibiza Spotlight, respectively, it seems only natural that the party’s return to Eden serve as a coming-together, a social celebration, and a victorious testimony to the joy that dancing music can bring to a group of people. Eden, a legendary club on the island, is a heaven-sent venue for such a celebration. Paul van Dyk makes sure the SHINE chemistry and the audience’s enjoyment go side in hand for a memorable show.
